Calibration Services Terms & Conditions

Calibration Methods: Calibration will be performed to confirm that the unit under test (UUT) meets the published original equipment manufacturers accuracy and performance or as per standard specifications. A standard number of data points will be evaluated in accordance with Sedeer calibration procedures or as per the Manufacturer’s calibration methods. If more or specific data points are required by the Customer, it must be specified in writing prior to commencement of the calibration work and will be charged additionally.

  • Our lab is accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017. Please refer to the link for our accreditation scope for more details.
  • If repairs and/or replacement of spares are required prior to performing the service, an estimate of time and cost will be provided.
  • Repairs will be done only with customer approval.
  • Calibration due dates are determined by the customer based on their quality system, based on manufacturer recommendations or as per the standard requirement. If the calibration interval is not specified in the standards or not provided by the customer, it shall be a one (1) year calibration cycle interval for all equipment.
  • Onsite Calibration can be scheduled as per the customer’s requirement after receiving the purchase order/confirmation with sufficient notice time.
  • Sedeer Calibration will maintain records of calibration and repair history in hard copies or soft copies till the validity of the certificate.
